Supports HPSM members who are pregnant or recently had a baby. HPSM Medi-Cal members who participate in this program can earn up to $100 in Target GiftCardsTM for going to two visits with their pregnancy care provider.* Learn more.

• Rides to healthcare visits and back home so you never miss an appointment
• 24/7 advice from registered nurses who can answer your health questions
• Dental care — including 24/7 virtual care by text message, video or phone call
• Mental healthcare resources for relief from stress, anxiety, depression and more

3. Tap the screen to learn about the service or call/email the service to start using it

If you are 18 or older, you probably already make many of your own healthcare choices. If you are under 18, there are many ways you can start taking charge of your healthcare. For example, you can get some services without a parent’s or guardian’s permission. You don’t even need a referral from your primary care provider (PCP) or preapproval (prior authorization) from HPSM. These include:

• Sexually transmitted infections (STI) prevention and treatment
• Drug and alcohol use counseling
• Outpatient mental health treatment and counseling
• Pregnancy-related services
• Family planning services
• Abortion services
• Sexual assault support
